This is my entry for Gunmetal Black's contest. I am so freaking proud of this. It is ridiculous. I pulled things from everywhere to try to do this.

Nasa. Star Trek. and of Course Gunmetalblack's UBER DETAILED drawings.

The quote is from the story...and i don't know what else to say. Numerous textures were used, photo manips, and an uber chair.

I hope you all enjoy, I had so much fun (except when photoshop bugged out on me but, meh) making this was great.

Why you gotta go and make stuff hard for me? Huh? So mean. :(

I LOVE the outfit. The stitches on her top make me squeal with glee--I'm on such a seaming kick. And the slouchy boots are joy itself. And the hair, and the pose--relaxed and at home, like she has just slouched into that awesome chair and thought "Yes, I am BACK."

The photomanip BG looks great--the cockpit was a great touch.

There's only one thing I would fiddle with--and that's the floor. I think you could have used Photoshop's Skew or Perspective function to tilt it and make it fit better with the perspective you've set up. (I only suggest b/c it's a tiny thing that would make a big difference.)

Shit--this is one high bar! I was going to go SIMPLE for mine. Jeebus.
